Peer-to-Peer Learning

Benjamin Franklin once said, “Tell me, and I forget, teach me, and I may remember. Involve me, and I learn”. In this one thought resides the bedrock of all learning. When a learner reads a sentence, they may be able to memorise it and reproduce it. But when they are tasked with teaching it to a peer, they are also led to gain a deeper understanding of the sentence in order to convince another of its meaning. This Peer-to-peer learning method also creates a sense of leadership among children and cultivates social skills among them.

Navam offers to conceptualise and create a peer-to-peer learning program in your organisation. By identifying learners who show promise of being patient and effective teachers, Navam trains them to take charge of their peers’ learning and bring all children to level ground.
